Headaches, especially if they come regularly to visit your head, are definitely maddening. You're barely able to do anything. You only wish to lie in your bed, close your eyes and ears.

Here are some easy tips to get rid of the irritating headache:

Try Grandma's Remedies

You can try cold compress or a nap or sweet home baked cookies. They are all even very comforting.

Or, just take your index finger and your thumb and squeeze the bridge of your nose while pressing down a little bit. Or, try to massage your temples.

Try Herbs

Most of the herbs to help you get rid of headaches are quite safe to use. They are a natural and non-narcotic form of treatment.

If you're allergic-free, you can try several kinds of herbs that can help curing headache. Boil them, not only to make them free of chemical, but also to make them taste better. It's just like tea!

Try Exercising and Hot Bathing

Exercise can get your circulation goes well again. You can try to walk or jog, for example. The fresh air will even ease the headache healing process.

Afterwards, get a hot bath. The hot water helps to release the contracted muscles that cause the headaches in the first place, and generally lets the whole body relax.

Add some candles with aromatherapy in your bathroom, it will add the comfort.

Try Natural Cure

Aromatherapy methods will be a great help. They offer the benefit of aromas like lavender which is known to possess relaxation qualities with in.

Or, try acupuncture. This will help a lot especially if the cause of the headache is nervous tension.

Try Meditation

Meditation and concentration for each movement will eventually give you a youthful glow. They will also help you keep stress levels low which will in turn keep yourheadaches away.

There are many types of meditation that you can try. But, my favorite is listening to running water. I don't always have to go to the lake, beach or waterfall to listen to it. I simply buy a nature sound tape.

Kaushik told me it's good to have sex: Ranjitha

For the first time, Indian Hockey player TS Ranjitha goes public with her account of the way she was sexually harassed by coach MK Kaushik. Ranjitha’s latest exposition has sent shock waves across the nation, and has brought to light the dirty side of Indian Women’s hockey.

Kaushik has constantly been claiming his innocence over the sex scandal and has resigned from the position after an anonymous letter to the sports ministry reported his alleged misbehaviour.

Excerpts from Ranjitha`s statement to Times Now:

“One day during the camp in Bhopal, Kaushik sir called me to his room and asked me whether I have had sex. I was quiet for a while, then he said it`s good to have sex. Then I told my senior that Kaushik sir spoke to me in a disgusting manner. Still I remained quiet.”

“Kaushik sir used to have one-on-one meetings with everybody for 10-15 minutes, but with me he used to always take an hour. He used to repeatedly say that I am beautiful. Can I talk to you whenever I feel like? And this kind of a conversation used to take place very often.”

“One day it just went out of limit. During our tour to China one night, he called me to his room and started talking about my game. Soon he started talking about all sorts of things. He said you are pretty, you stay in Mumbai alone, you must be having a lot of fun. He even said that he was available 24 hours for me. He did not say it once or twice, he repeated it at least 5 times and that too pointing at the bed.”

“I always thought he would stop on his own. I kept forgiving him. He was about to go to Germany, and he asked me tell me if you want something from there. He even offered me something another team member had asked for, saying that if I wanted it I should meet him the next day....”

Meanwhile, there are reports that former hockey player Mir Ranjan Negi is likely to coach the Women’s Indian hockey team.

Azharuddin to divorce Sangeeta Bijlani

Former India captain and now MP Mohammad Azharuddin has separated from his wife of 14 years Sangeeta Bijlani. Mid Day has reported on Friday.

According to paper,Azharuddin will be filing for divorce within a week, and that he is currently dating 26-year-old badminton player Jwala Gutta.

Gutta, word No. 7 in mixed doubles, is currently married to India`s top ranked badminton player Chetan Anand , but the couple is said to be estranged.

Sources say that Whenever he is in Hyderabad, he is seen in Pullela Gopichand`s academy where Jwala practises and they both leave together. They head to some hotel but I am not sure if they stay together in the same room.

"Jwala and her husband are not staying together at the moment and are even practising separately," he added. Though she said, “She and Azhar are only good friends.

The report further adds that Azharuddin was spotted at the Asian Badminton Championship in Delhi recently and the couple have even been watching matches together.

While Azhar told the newspaper `it was all rumours,` Jwala Gutta said `You can write what you want, it`s neither a yes nor a no.` Her husband Chetan Anand said, `It`s a personal issue and I don`t want to comment anything.`

Legendary Manoj Kumar turns 73

Veteran Bollywood actor and cynosure of all eyes Manoj Kumar popularly known as Mr Bharat blows his 73 candles. This man brought out patriotism in all his fans and followers. Indeed his era in films was of jingoism.

This very down to earth person entitled his gaudiness and persona and showed the Indian cinema the true colours of Nationalism.

As a youth, he admired Bollywood superstar Dilip Kumar, and decided to name himself Manoj Kumar after Dilip's character in Shabnam (1949).

After making a little-noticed début in Fashion in 1957, Manoj landed his first leading role in Kaanch Ki Gudia (1960) opposite Sayeeda Khan. Piya Milan Ki Aas and Reshmi Roomal followed, setting the stage for the Vijay Bhatt-directed Hariyali Aur Raasta (1962) opposite Mala Sinha. Kumar then appeared with Sadhana in Raj Khosla's Woh Kaun Thi (1964), and reunited with Vijay Bhatt and Mala Sinha in Himalaya Ki God Mein (1965).

Manoj Kumar’s image as the patriotic hero started with the 1965 film Shaheed, based on the life of Bhagat Singh, a martyr in the struggle for India's freedom. After the Indo-Pak War of 1965, Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri asked him to create a film based on the popular slogan Jai Jawan Jai Kissan.

The result was Kumar's magnum opus and his directorial debut, Upkaar (1967). In it, he played both a soldier and a farmer. The film was also noted for the famous song Mere Desh Ki Dharti, written by Gulshan Bawra, composed by Kalyanji-Anandji and sung by Mahendra Kapoor. Upkaar was a hit and won Kumar his first Filmfare Best Director Award.

In his later years of life Manoj Kumar tried hand at politics but didn’t work. He also got into some controversies with Shahrukh on his movie Om shanti Om on some moral issues. Manoj Kumar is a name that itself spells patriotism.

Aamir not in the race to become highest tax payer

The biggest star of Hindi cinema Bollywood Aamir Khan is not keen to become the highest tax payer of Bollywood. “That is not my goal. Whatever I earn, I pay my tax. If I would be in the race to be top tax payer, then I will make different kind of films. I will have to change my thinking as well,” Aamir Khan said firmly, while talking on wide ranging subjects to Anurradha Prasad for her popular show `Aamne -Sammne` to be aired on News 24 channel.

In a same vain, Aamir Khan has also ruled out the possibility of making his Aamir Khan Production in to a corporate entity. In a direct question, `Would he like to turn his company in to a corporate entity,? The actor,producer,director and model informs, “While his friends suggest him that i can earn thousand crore if i go public. But, I do not think on such lines.”

`Why not considering the fact that your company is producing very successful films`? Politely but firmly, Aamir Khan said, “ I am a creative person. Our films Laagan. Tare Zameen par and Jaane tu... were very successful. I hope now Peepli would also do well. But, I am not a businessman. If I were a businessman I would perhaps have not made all these films.”

Discussing about the song `mahngai dayan khaye jaat hai..` from his forthcoming film `Peepli live` that has become swan song of opposition parties,Aamir Khan modestly said, “It is a sheer chance that this particular song has come when the issue of price rise is making waves. Though, the film is not on inflation. It is all about the issues and struggles of rural India.”

Continuing with Peepli Live and the Bollywood buzz that it is inspired with great film of 70s Jaane bhi do yaaro, the quintessential super star made records straight once and for all that `Peepli Live` is not at all inspired by Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro. Unlike the farcical humor of Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro, Peepli... has a very realistic humor. Moreover, it depicts the lively life of villages too.”

`Mehngai dayan kaye jaat hai... is very bitter attack on the system`? The temperamental star admitted very candidly, “ the choice of song was not his. It was sung by the local people of that village. They have not made the song for the film. Ansuha ( director of Peepli live) heard the song while doing shooting. She included it in the film.”

Price rise of essential commodities in the recent times seems to be in mind of Aamir Khan as well. Said Aamir, “ I have been listening about price rise for the last 30 years. I do not think any government has ever controlled it. Though they make effort to control it.” Does he think that governments do not give much attention to control price rise ? In a very honest confession, he said, “ I can not speak on this matter as I am not competent enough. I am sure the mandarins of planning commission and other economists would be trying hard to deal with the issue.”

In a related question, Aamir Khan bluntly said that there is no question of giving copyright of the Mehangai dayan... to any party. He,however, made it clear that he was not aware of the fact as to which political outfit asked for the copyright of the song, though there were some requests.”With all the force arguably the tallest star of Hindi cinema demolished the myth of star power inBollywood. Aamir Khan was of the opinion that stars can give good opening to any film, but at the end of the day bad film would fall flat even if you put many stars in it.

`What next for you, Aamir`? With little pause,the star said, “ I do not plan anything for future. Currently, I am thinking only about Peepli, then Dhobi Ghat and then a film featuring Imran.”

Controversies has become middle name of Aamir Khan? “ I always run away from controversies. If you are a star, some people would like to be very close to you. They create controversies. Controversies definitely affects me. But to move away from it, I then stop watching TV and scanning newspapers,” informs Aamir.

Aamir Khan refused to divulage the reasons for his spat with Javad Akhtar on the issue copyright. He only said, “ I have great respect for him. Iwould not discuss the matter in public.” Any plans to work with Karan Johar ? “No at the moment. Though we are very close,” he said.

Has failure greatly affect him? “Of course, it does. I feel really bad. But, i feel that there must be something wrong in the making of the film,” Aamir Khan concludes.

Girls Aloud" star Cheryl Cole has been crowned the world's sexiest woman for the second consecutive year.

The singer topped the FHM's 100 Sexiest Women World among Megan Fox, underwear model Marissa Miller and Kirsten Stewart. Fox, 23, is on second place while Miller landed the third spot.

Newly-single Saturdays bandmember Frankie Sandford is on the fourth spot and glamour model Keeley Hazell spent a second year at number five, reports dailymail.co.uk.
